I don't know about a direct cost comparison but they're not cheap, but I suppose stick built isn't either. The lowest cost option on their pricing schedule is $350K. I'd be curious about a comparison to ICF (Insulated Concrete Forms) as I watched that series on HGTV - House of Bryan.
