Interesting how, based on that model, the dramatic elevation differences of the complex- both below and atop Bunker Hill- would have meant that the unrealized tower 3 would have had only the second-highest roof, despite being the tallest building in the complex, by well over a hundred feet and about a dozen floors. I'm trying to think if I've seen anything like that elsewhere, besides on Hong Kong island.
