Dissenting opinion: I kind of hate this building now..
..or maybe I'm just sorely disappointed they removed the bowing in the middle. It just seems like both an unremarkable and unimportant component of the entire project now, and a bit of an insult to the marvel of a structure being engineered at its base. Also, if I see one more blue glass building I swear I'm going to snap. Manhattan West's "The Eugene" is already possibly one of my least favorite residential towers to go up in NYC in years because it's so painfully boring.
But I will withhold a final opinion until the upper parts that curve get clad.
