There is nothing easy about the staging area at PCC. Its one of the most dense projects ever done anywhere. There are six different towers all being built at once on only about 70 acres. But as a general rule, I agree with you, Las Vegas is most cases is much easier than building in a Chicago or NY. However due to the limited amount of land, some of these project are as difficult as ever. Take Palazzo, PCC and Cosmo, all have very little, if any free land to stage.
