This tower, compared to its other super tall peers, will be a bargain (market rate units). Pricing wise, we should expect much lower prices than Verre or CPT given the sheer amount of units and the price tag of the project (cheaper versus Manhattan super talls). It's still going to be expensive, but in hindsight, it will appear to be a bargain.
AND... there's an affordable housing component.
Now, the folks that get those units via the housing lottery, will be some lucky SOB's.
