I pretty much agree with everyone else, 1wtc is pretty much ruined from durst and the only things to look forward to are 2wtc and i do like 4wtc, which is hard to mess up. But im much more interested in this site starting cause it has a lot more potential, and looks way cooler imo. But i hope they don't sacrifice quality for speed, but i don't know a lot about using concrete vs. steel, but if anyone knows anything? I do know that most office buildings are going up with steel while residential is using concrete, but thats about it.
