Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) is seeking
information from Lessors interested in participating in a
project for the leasing of space for Service Canada, which meets
the following criteria.
The office space must be located in the City of Hamilton within
the area bounded by, and including properties fronting on both
sides of each street:
North: Fennell Avenue
East: Upper Ottawa Street
South: Rymal Road
West: Upper Paradise Road
The term of the lease would be five (5) years commencing June
1st, 2009 with options.
The premises offered must have approximately 744 usable square
metres of contiguous office space. The total space offered shall
be located on the ground floor. Two (2) parking spaces are
required.

That's about 2,500 sq ft. Wonder what it could be? On the mountain. They are also looking for double the space in Stoney Creek too. Sounds like retail space.
