Pending announcement could include Memphis in electric vehicle plan

A San Francisco-based company in charge of Tennessee’s participation in The EV Project will hold an informational meeting in Memphis Feb. 22. Tennessee is one of those six states, but Memphis and West Tennessee originally were left out of The EV Project’s plan. The fact that Memphis is included in the tour suggests those plans may have changed.
