Latah County moved ahead of Madison County over the past year. Other than that there were no changes in rankings in the largest counties.
If current rates continue, Ada County will have 450,000 people by 2018, Canyon County will have 200,000 people by 2015, Kootenai County will have 150,000 people by 2018, and Bonneville County will have 110,000 people by 2016.
For Metro & Micro Areas, Sandpoint was finally named a Micro Area this year and has 40,476 in its Micro Area.
