D Condo is so much better. IMO this is without question the nicest building in Winnipeg now, and think it deserves a signature name to really stand out, not just a forgettable address (that I'm sure many will confuse with 300 Assiniboine). It was a nice nod to Dubrovnik.
Curious to see if they do anything with the cinder wall, as I doubt another big building goes up right beside it for a loooong time.
