I could see both Burquitlam and Lincoln being more like what's planned for Aberdeen, rather than enveloping the station like at Plaza 88.

Otherwise, what you really need is a site where the guideway runs through the centre of the parcel - or over a laneway that can be closed (as at Plaza 88).

I could see Central City building around and over the guideway for visual interest (it runs through the parking lot) - but I doubt there would ever be an additional station added there.
