Leftist rags? Not sure which ones you are talking about. Hasn't the Bee been pretty much in support of the arena? I wouldn't call the Bee a leftist rag. It's a fairly middle-of-the-road newspaper- which means that to the conservative it seems liberal and to the liberal it seems conservative. The SNR is the only "leftist" paper and it doesn't have any real influence because it only preaches to the choir.
