Yep! Well it's actually metal, but practically the same look. The same stuff used on utility sheds is now on the Mag. Mile!!

Despite the fact of what they are using IS commonly used as the outer skin of the building, I'm still going to wait on this one.

If they are required to match the historical appearance of the facade and the mansard counts as facade, they can't be doing what they have here. In other words, the metal they are putting up here may be the underside of the roof.

The original building had a dark greenish gray color that was speckled with highlights. It wasn't linear like we see here. It may have been slate, but I'm not sure.
