Denver developer starting two more D-FW industrial projects

Denver-based DCT Industrial Trust said that the land purchases total more than 27 acres and will be used to build almost a half million square feet of industrial space.
DCT bought on 17.5 acres on Miller Road in Garland where it plans to build a 270,000 square foot office-warehouse building.
And DCT about almost 10 acres on near Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport off State Highway 121 where it will develop a 112,000-square-foot building.
