Its a sacrilege. But good and bad news. The bad news is that the costs have skyrocketed, but the good news is that the tunnel project is gaining momentum in actually happening and the day Christie leaves is approaching. Sadly, the federal funding will probally not cover the 11-13+ billion dollar cost. It will need to be much more than 6 billion.
