I dunno. The tower is a gem, hands down. And we couldn´t contend that green spaces, however modest, are opposite density in the same way that parking lots are. Even the base of the building isn´t problematic, given how far from passers-by it would (will?) be. The greatest disappointment in this development will be the ¨auto court¨. That´s a proper #fail by any measure. :-/
