I love seeing the renovation & reskinning these old mid-rises, but even more excited for the infill and density increases on the neighboring lots. This area will feel far more cozy and contextual once projects like
95 Hawthorne,
655 Folsom,
667 Folsom and
350 2nd St (and even the possible
Moscone Garage lot between Folsom and Howard on 3rd) are done.
Unfortunately, most (if not all) are relying on the
Central SoMA plan to get pushed through before any real progress.
