I'm not sure how the study breaks up regions, but I imagine the North Shore might be in line for some more oil jobs. Probably some manufacturing in Michoud too.

Unfortunately, that's one I think we lost to Dallas, Denver, Silicon Valley and Detroit. Which, to be fair, have considerable more regional patent activity than New Orleans.
