I can see how this could be possible because this Rollercoaster seems to be a sweet spot for distance between Philly and NYC.

Also, I recently visited One Liberty Observation Deck, and got some great views of CITC. I really hope CITC gets an observation deck because the One Liberty one is only around 883 feet feet high and it also appears much shorter than CITC and the other Comcast Building.
