Also, I recently visited One Liberty Observation Deck, and got some great views of CITC. I really hope CITC gets an observation deck because the One Liberty one is only around 883 feet feet high and it also appears much shorter than CITC and the other Comcast Building.

the restaurant up top is a de facto observation deck, none exist below that level to my knowledge
