The Martin at Meridian

The Martin at Meridian is a new 780,000 g.s.f. high-rise project that will be located across the street from its sister project, Grand Central at Kennedy in Tampa, Florida. The Martin will be a 25 story residential apartment building with a fresh Floridian look, offering urban living in the Channel side District of Tampa.

The Martin will be comprised of seven levels of parking and seventeen levels of apartment units. The structure will include 316 apartment units, over 600 parking stalls and exclusive amenities for its residents. The eighth story is the pool level and the first arrangement of apartment units allowing every unit to have great views of the Tampa skyline and surrounding areas. Some of the unique features of this building will be open-air roof features, floor to ceiling exterior glass on a majority of the suites and modern interior finishes.

The development of this project will span over the course of approximately 2 years. Check back here for the latest progress photos and monthly updated aerial views as the site transforms from an empty lot into an amazing urban living building.
