A lot of my New York and Philly relatives have already moved or are planning on it. The only ones who plan on sticking around seem to be in their 30's or 40's with careers and kids. Most of the cousins who relocated went to Florida, though, and are retired. Only two came to California (one to SF last August and the other to LA a couple of weeks ago).
