Just had from a friend with dexter construction that the old walmart in sackville will be making way for a large scale redevolopment with a rona and several low rise condominums in the works. This is the biggest news for sackville since the widening of sackville drive which is rather pathetic. Personally I wish that sackville had never been developed. What a wasteland. Cant understand how someone could be proud to live there. Someone please name a building with some signification or at least one good thing about living there. Sorry but I just think that its ajax outside toronto on an even shittier scale.
