Yes, in the name of all that is green, he does well. I think the problem here is that most people just don't care about living in a building where the externals are as finely articulated as the internals. I will confess that the interior of this -- and many other of his buildings -- have beautiful finishes. Of course, that's because this is not his job, but rather the interior designer(s).
Either way, I think the developers are just as much to blame for this abomination as Lagrange himself...either they're blind, stupid, don't understand the concept of their tagline "simply magnificent", or all of the above.
