Regina is better RE:
city centre (height, offices, density)
general architecture
urban park (Wascana Centre is truly the envy of any city >1 million)
traffic flow/ city planning (Ring road is an actual freeway, 20 minutes and you're anywhere in Regina)
Saskatoon is better RE:
university
shopping
natural beauty with the river
airport
Cities are about equal RE:
older neighbourhoods
urban sprawl, both are disasters
