Thank you for the great local coverage! I will add that the Lyford House (yellow Victorian) is now used as the headquarters for the small Richardson Bay Audubon Center and Sanctuary located on that part of the peninsula. The house was originally located across the bay at Strawberry Point, the bayside part of Mill Valley. It was built in 1870's and barged across the bay in 1957!
