Streetcar work to start Feb. 17

The city of Cincinnati plans to break ground on the $110 million streetcar project on Feb. 17, Mayor Mark Mallory said today.
Mallory made the announcement at a special City Council meeting where the status and cost of the riverfront-to-Over-the-Rhine streetcar route was discussed.
The groundbreaking will be at 1 p.m. Feb. 17 at Memorial Hall in Over-the-Rhine, Mallory said.
