As cities around the country continue to grow, towns like Omaha and Des Moines will be just as vital to young new urbanites as the big boys like Houston, Chicago, etc.
It is certainly nice to see something with a little more height downtown. We have had our fair share of 4-8 floor infill downtown, although important it doesn't really catch the attention to people without a high interest in urbanizing Omaha.

It is too bad TD Ameritrade decided to build in the suburbs. Their 230 ft building would of been nice downtown.
