Hmmm... am I looking at these right? It appears as though none of the ground floor units face the street. When you turn all of the units inward, you lose so much of the street energizing potential. That's going to be critical toward creating the walkable and vibrant community the river district so clearly can be.

David Baker group has done some fine work, but if I'm reading this right, it smacks of a site design plan from the 1980s, not the 20-teens.

Surprised that West Sacramento planners didn't ask the developer and architect to change this.
