The renderings of it we've seen didn't show that mechanical penthouse up there, and I doubt the height of 504 feet included it either. Including that mechanical penthouse, which I would estimate to be around 20 feet tall, I'd say it was meant to be ~524 feet. That would make it taller than the Frost Bank Tower.
