Hardly a wide margin if at all. The pace of construction severely dropped off in 2008 and remains slow despite promise however, the US kingpin is still throwing up towers by the dozen. Add to it dozens of city/metros averaging a one or two towers and Toronto's figures suddenly become very attainable.
