Just to pick ONE point out of the entire site:
How much will it cost to widen the road from 2 lanes to 4 from Gunningsville Bridge to the proposed site? You can say that all transportation will be via shuttle buses but at the same time you say there is lots of room for 3,500 cars... which is it? Two lanes just won't cut it. Or did I miss the price of that on the site?
