Don't think this one has been posted before, it's in the Salford Quays district, around 2 miles from the city centre near the Manchester United stadium.

In Salford, it looks like work has started at Fortis Quay. The two office blocks on site will be extended a few floors and converted to apartments and there will also be several newbuild blocks - including a 90m 'tower'. Update by Stopfordian Dreamer
