NO, because I'm not an idiot, and I know that if Im standing on the sidewalk in the middle of a city, there's probably going to be people walking that might actually want to get
by. Again, its called a side

stand-oblivious-to-the-world-around-you-like-a-complete-moron-walk. You'd do well to remember that when or if you enter the city. You don't have to block pedestrians to take photos.
