Pre-construction work is underway as St. Louis College of Pharmacy is planning a $100-million expansion with new and renovated campus buildings.
According to NextSTL.com, a reliable development source in St. Louis, St. Louis College of Pharmacy is planning a major two-phased expansion. The last time the college expanded was in the early 2000's.
First phase plans call for a 200,000-250,000K square foot building with classroom, laboratories and administrative office - with a half glass design.

Founded in 1864, the St. Louis College of Pharmacy is the oldest college of pharmacy west of the Mississippi river. The six-building campus of 1,300 students is nestled within the Washington University in St. Louis Medical Center. Both campuses are in the Central West End.
With this project, there will be almost $1.4-billion in new projects planned for the Washington University Medical Center.
