Very interesting indeed! I was aware of the Mount Royal limit, but I didn't realise that the limits are much more extensive than that. Based on this document, there's only a small part of downtown that actually allows the maximum height of approximately 210m with many areas limited to 120m or less even in some very central places.

Is there any chance for exceptions to these rules?
