It’s so bad. It’s a 1960 Scott or Story of Rideau & Chapel with awkward curved perforated metal balconies. It’s honestly just such a cheap, bargain basement, embarrassment of a development. Even if this was out in Gloucester or Nepean it would be bad. But the fact that’s it’s right downtown makes it even worse.
