Group Health Associates Medical Office Building
Cost: $24 million

TriHealth broke ground on a new Medical Office Building (MOB) to more closely connect one of its medical groups, Group Health Associates (GHA), with one of its hospitals, Good Samaritan. The 65,000 square foot MOB project is a $24 million investment in Uptown.
