"A 100-unit residential project planned for 3400 Georgia Avenue NW (map) is estimated to break ground in late 2014, UrbanTurf has learned.
The development, from Redbrick Partners, is currently in the entitlement phase. RedBrick is teaming up with Yanni Xanthos to develop the project, which will also have 40 underground parking spaces.
