there are basically none in the financial district or the retail/visitor core around union square.
in the area bounded by mission, the bay, washington, and mason, the only significant lot is for employees of the federal reserve!
projects are proposed or approved for virtually all of the significant-sized lots between the bridge/80, mission street, the bay, and third street... i'd be surprised if many of these lots are around in 10 years.
