I believe the foundation of this proposal has started.

351 Water Street, East Port Properties - Woolworth's Site Office Development
11-12 stories, ~ 47.4 meters, 6 parking levels, retail and about 160,000 sq ft of class A office space. The development will front on Water Street and Harbour Drive.
