My favorite has to be Mexico City, it is just so alive, and it is amazing that a city as large as huge as Mexico City has a comprehensive system, something I wish LA had. I have to say the old wooden subway cars on Buenos Aires's Metro were so cool, rickety, but cool. I am glad i got to ride on them!
I live in DTLA and commute on the Redline regularly so it has to be the one I am the most familiar with.
