It's actually for a pitcher of beer - not a pint. If it's the one I'm thinking of it's basically just a meidocre Chinese restaurant that is known for cheap, awful mystery beer. I you just try and order beer and the owner does not like the looks of you, you'll get kicked out pretty much immediately.
