No I don't mind modernist revival, but I was steering towards the point that in NY, at its height, and due to its position, it won't be "as" noticeable due to the surrounding towers. More a matter of presence, and not due to its design.

Similar to how in some parts of Midtown, you can have a stellar design, but even if its 600 or 700 ft, it will get lost in the jungle.

The advantage for this tower is that the location is by the water, so it will be noticeable, but in the grand scheme of things, it will get lost.
