Great pics, LAboomer! I can't guess where that first picture might've been taken. I love the third pic with the horse and wagon off to the side; I didn't think that would've been seen anymore by 1924. 10 years earlier, sure.
Gaylord, I like that everything seems to point towards Mildred Pierce. It used to be on youtube now it's not, but I remember a spoof Carol Burnett did where she played Joan Crawford as Mildred Pierce, Vicki Lawrence was Veda and Harvey Korman played Monty.
