Toxeth - The picture you show (south of Katy Fwy) went with the news blurb under that picture in their newsletter...
"Maple Multi Family Land TX purchased 25k SF of land at 10615 Katy Fwy. Coldwell Banker’s David Hummel and Vince Elder repped the seller."
The land that Prosperity Hospitality Group bought is just across that property on the north side of Katy Freeway.
