So, a poster on another forum speculated that maybe Lockheed Martin was the company Tony Giarratana was in talks with. A few years back, it was rumored that Lockheed Martin was targeting Nashville for a potential relocation.

It was mentioned in the article that Lockheed Martin would be needing about 200,000 sqaure feet, with room for expansion. Well, that just happens to be what Tony Giarratana said the company he is in talks with would be needing.
