Look at Mangaluru MP. He is showing least interest in developing Mulki as 'Marine Knowledge City'. If Mulki was in the parched city would he have treated it in the same way? I have already posted importance of bringing a 100 acres branch of NIOT to Mulki. I want to post a lot of things on NIOT and marine researches so that India is benefitted but our local politicians are least interested in development of India. Why we have elected such type of politicians? Has Mangaluru MP at least fixed a day for laying foundation for Petroleum/Petrochemicals University?
Actually mistake is of 'TuluAppe' (तुलुअप्पे)! After giving birth to a great statesman like Srinivas Mallya she has stopped giving birth to any ferocious politicians. Gone are the days she produced brave leaders like Kotti-Chennayya, Tulunada Siri, Rani Abbakka, Martyrs of Bikarnakatta, Attavara Yellappa, Karnad Sadashiva Rao. Look at the kind of politicians produced by Tulunadu is recent times. It produced two useless chief ministers. One ran away from Tulunadu after being defeated in election without introspecting why he was defeated, why he did not contribute much towards growth of Tulunadu when he was chief minister and what he can do to regain Tuluvas confidence back. Other one was worst, ran away being afraid of defeat in an election itself! One of them may be showing a little bit interest now as he is interested in launching his son from Tulunadu & hope he will serve Tulunadu now at least in a better way! Other one anyway may lose his ministerial post soon and then only can realize that a person who can not serve his place of birth can not serve country also.

How about developing 'Water Traffic Control System' integrating all types of water transportation including for 'Boat Rapid Transit System'? In case of seaplane issue would be handing over to/from 'Water Traffic Control System' from/to 'Air Traffic Control System' during landing and takeoff on/from water if highspeed boats or other watercrafts operate in same area. After integrating all modes we can call it 'Multi-mode Traffic Control System'.
