The taller portions would come later on. One thing I hope that changes in Newark is the political attitude. Its the one thing I can see as being the rate-limiting step in this project in terms of it becoming what its intended too. I hope we don't see down the line a bastardization of the original vision. 101 Market Street looks fantastic. Market Street in general is great. Always popping that area. Lots to do and lots of activity.
