^That's not how we all feel. Afaik it is a small minority who thinks that way. Of course one can also specifically only count EU-states, but that's "the tallest building in the EU", not "Tallest in Europe".
IMO using Europe to mean only the EU is much worse than how America has come to mean only the US.
